Introduce Yourself

When is the last time you introduced yourself - on social media, via email, in-person, etc - to your potential clients/customers? When did you last tell them what you do and how you can help them? If it’s been a while, go ahead and do it. You’ve likely gained new followers, subscribers, contacts since you last did. Here are some templates to get you started:

Template for Service Providers:

Hi, I’m [your name here]. I’m a [insert your title/job/the thing that’s on your business card] and I help [your ideal client] with [your services].

Template for Artists/Makers:

Hi, I’m [your name here]. I’m a [insert your title/job/the thing that’s on your business card] and I make/create [what you make/create here] for [your ideal customers] to help you/inspire you to [what do you help or inspire people to do?].

Here’s how I’d fill them out with my two businesses:

Hi, I’m Sami Jo! I’m a freelance graphic designer and digital marketer, and I help female entrepreneurs brand and market their businesses with heart and soul.

Hi, I’m Sami Jo! I’m an herbalist and I make natural & vegan skincare products for eco-friendly women to help you ditch toxic chemicals, lower your carbon footprint, and embrace your own natural beauty. I call this business florapothecarie. [Feel free to add in your business name of course!]
