Project Description
After years of using social media without clear strategy and established goals, Carnegie Mellon University hired me to conduct an in-depth audit of their primary social media channels. After presenting the audit to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, I coached his team through creating a social media strategy based on best practices and data uncovered from the audit, then created a guidebook to assist CMU’s Social Media Manager with running the University’s channels optimally.
